World Class Guided Pheasant Hunts
South Dakota pheasant hunts are unlike any other. The abundant and pristine habitats of our state harbor a plentiful pheasant population and offer the best hunting experiences possible. Our lodge provides you with unbridled access to thousands of acres of rolling prairies and farmland in the heart of the state, giving you the opportunity to be a part of a longstanding tradition while creating new memories.

Every group we host gets access to professional hunting guides who are experts on the land, seasonal habits of the birds, and hunting tactics. We have multiple trained hunting dogs on site ready to help you bag your limit, and kennels if you want to bring your own canine companion. Water and snacks are always available in the field, and once you've had the chance to shoot down some roosters, we'll clean, package, and freeze your birds for you. Hunting Safety
Your safety is our primary concern. A short gun safety review will be held prior to your hunt, and we expect all guests to practice gun safety at all times. Blaze orange upper body clothing is recommended — blaze orange hats and safety glasses are required. The Bronze Pheasant Hunt
3 to 5 Day Hunts: $1,000/day
2 Day Hunt: $1,200/day
1 Day Hunt: $1,500 (includes 2 nights)
Pilots & Non-Shooting Guests: $200/day

Not included: Sales tax, hunting license, shells, and gratuity (20% minimum). Add-ons available with every package, including regional airport pickups.
Hunting Season
September 1 – March 31
The regular state season kicks off the third Saturday in October and runs through mid-January. Daily limit is three roosters, possession limit fifteen. We also run licensed controlled shooting areas through South Dakota Game, Fish and Parks (GFP), allowing us to hunt from September 1 through March 31 with extended bag limits.
Licenses
Grab your licenses, shells, or other necessities at Buche Foods, Gus Stop, or Buche Ace Hardware in Gregory and Winner, SD — all licensed SD GFP agents. Pick one up when you roll in or buy online ahead of time.
Reservations
A 50% deposit locks your dates. Prime season fills fast — don't sit on it.
